Poker Movie Released

For you poker fans out there, there is a new movie that has just been
released and it is bound to be your cup of tea. The new movie “Shark Out of
Water” starring Matty Finochio and Artine Brown also has some big poker
names in it. If you watch the movie you will see Phil Hellmuth, easily one
of the most recognized names in the poker industry today, as well as poker
professional Brad Booth.
The movie is about the ups and downs and in and outs of the life of being a
professional poker player. Hellmuth was paid to appear in the movie, and
after they were done shooting they paid him to play poker with the director.
However, they are not telling who won the poker match, they say that you
have to buy the DVD to see who won the match up.
They say that poker professionals are bound to enjoy watching the movie, and
they felt that it was a great script and really showed it realistically. The
movie comes from two production companies – Made in the Shade and
Strangeways Productions. They have already been nominated for Leo Awards for
Best Short Drama, Best Direction, Best Performance, and Best Musical Score.
It is only about 18 minutes – but for such a small movie it is really a big
buzz on it.
They say that those that are interested in seeing the poker movie should
check it out – you can purchase it through their website for $9.95 and they
are hoping to get a wider release soon for it so that more people have a
chance to see it.
